Shipping policy
The Next pair allows product exchange (not valid on clearance sale items) for the same or above the amount of the purchased order. We help you pick the perfect shoe size by following universally prevalent size standards. If you would still like to exchange your pair for a different size or pair, please inform us within 48 hours from the time of the product delivery. The product should reach us in its original shape and packaging. Your exchange request will not be entertained in case the product is damaged, torn or used.
We do not allow refunds of orders once placed.
